District 2-X1 Cabinet Meeting
Kaufman Lions Club officers attended the first cabinet meeting with our new district Governor Gary Vineyard and new Zone 3 Chair Larry Eggett. Officers attending were President, Jeff Lane, 2nd VP Steve Taylor and Texas Lions Camp Directors Julie Woods and Carma Sullivan. WE SERVE
07/24 – Meeting Recap
The Kaufman Lions Club is blessed to have amazing members, but we’d be hard pressed to find anyone who can match Lion Wendy Thomas on bringing new Lions into our club. Lion President Jeff Lane presented her with yet another membership award. We are forever thankful for the contributions Lion Wendy makes. They’re truly impactful. SHE SERVES!
Lion Rachel Mendoza, Kaufman Assistant City Manager, gave us an in-depth update on the status of Kings Fort Park. It will be a great addition as the city continues to improve its recreational facilities to benefit a diverse population. Something for everyone!
